1970年代から1990年代にかけてダッチデザインを牽引したデザインデュオであるピエール・マゼラックとカレル・ブーンザアイエ。
オランダの老舗家具ブランドPastoeに在籍していた際に意気投合し1980年にデザインスタジオを設立、国内外の家具ブランドにデザインを提供し、ダッチデザインを再び世界的な地位に押し上げた。

Pierre Mazairac and Karel Boonzaajier were a design duo who spearheaded Dutch design from the 1970s through to the 1990s.
They hit it off whilst working for the long-established Dutch furniture brand Pastoe and established their own design studio in 1980, providing designs to furniture brands both at home and abroad, and propelling Dutch design back to a position of global prominence.
